Panel construction

Panel construction follows a controlled manufacturing process covering enclosure preparation, component mounting, busbar fabrication, wiring, termination, identification and finishing.

Breakers, contactors, relays, meters, protection devices, drives and control components are arranged for safe operation, accessibility and maintainability according to the application and approved design.

Inspection Discipline

Quality control

Quality control is integrated throughout the manufacturing cycle rather than being treated only as a final inspection activity.

Incoming components, enclosure fabrication, busbar work, component mounting, wiring and final assembly are checked against approved drawings and project requirements.

Inspection may include electrical connections, component ratings, wiring identification, clearances, mechanical operation, protection devices, metering and control functions.

Performance Validation

Testing & verification

Completed electrical panels undergo appropriate inspection and testing before dispatch. Testing is aligned with the panel type, project requirements and applicable electrical standards.

Functional checks can cover breakers, contactors, relays, meters, protection systems, control circuits, interlocks, indications and automatic functions where applicable.
